Thomas Datwyler is an accountant and campaign finance professional based in Hudson, Wisconsin, with more than 15 years of experience in federal compliance and financial reporting. The owner of 9Seven Consulting since 2013, Thomas Datwyler fulfills the duties of campaign finance treasurer and manages the FEC and state filings of over 400 clients.
Outside of his professional work, Mr. Datwyler participates in organized running and triathlon clubs and competes regularly in marathon and long-distance running events. He has completed over 130 races, totaling more than 1,430 miles, and he ranks within the top 13 percent of Athlinks-registered runners.
Mr. Datwyler’s distance-running achievements include a personal best marathon time of 2:43:56, recorded at the Boston Marathon in 2015. This placed him within the top two percent of finishers. His half marathon best of 1:14:52 was achieved at the 2019 Fargo Half Marathon, for which he ranked within the top one percent.
Additional accomplishments include a 2:53:47 finish at the 2025 Chicago Marathon and a first-place age-group finish at the 2025 Jack and Jill Downhill Half Marathon. Thomas Datwyler has also qualified for the Boston Marathon three times and ran all six World Marathon Majors.
